南雅加達 Jl. Senopati No. 79 的客廳式調酒吧。去之前有三件事會擋住你:官網分店頁 House Rules 第一條寫入場限 25 歲以上、證件可能會被要求;官網兩頁的時段都只列到週六,週日開不開沒寫;價格我們讀的六個頁面一頁都沒有列。榜單方面,Asia's 50 Best Bars 官方店頁把它放在 2026 年第 11 名,掛 The Best Bar in Indonesia 2026(贊助商 Monkey Shoulder)。
重點
- 入場限 25 歲以上。 官網分店頁的 House Rules 第一條:「Entry is strictly for guests 25 years old and above. Valid ID may be requested.」 —— 用的字是 strictly,證件那半句是 may be requested。同行的人未滿 25,這裡不用考慮了。
- 官網兩頁的時段都只列到週六:「Monday - Saturday 05.00 PM - 01.00 AM」(下午五點到凌晨一點)。週日沒有列,開不開官網沒寫。
- 價格,我們讀的六個頁面沒有一頁列出金額(官網兩頁、榜單官方頁、三篇媒體),官網那顆「View Menu」我們也沒有打開。
- Asia's 50 Best Bars 官方店頁列它 2026 年第 11 名,同頁掛「The Best Bar in Indonesia 2026, sponsored by Monkey Shoulder」。它不是今年才開的新店 —— 榜單官方頁寫「Founded in May 2024 by Mirwansyah 'Bule' of The Union Group」(2024 年 5 月開),今年是名次往上走:Epicure Asia 2026 年 7 月 30 日的用字是「climbs to No. 11」。
- 適合坐下來慢慢喝;想找大場子,這裡不合適。 榜單官方頁把店內寫成一間「stylish living room」,還補一句「In fact, it's a space more akin to entering a friend's home than a traditional bar.」;吧台是一座「custom-made communal island bar counter」,用意是「breaks the barrier between bartender and patron」。另外兩條先知道:訂位時間過了桌子最多再留 30 分鐘(「Tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes after the reservation time.」),以及「Proper attire is required at all times.」 —— 什麼算得體,那一條沒有再往下寫。

一家調酒吧,地址 Jl. Senopati No. 79,雅加達南區。官網品牌頁第一句就講完:「ModernHaus marries mid-century modern design with cutting-edge cocktail craft.」。店名是雙關,官網自己解釋 haus 在德文是 house、在印尼文是 thirsty。
適合誰
想坐下來慢慢喝、順便跟吧台講兩句話的人。想找大場子、或同行的人未滿 25 歲,這裡不合適。
