2026 年 1 月一位給一星的客人寫:「after the massage, the staff asked me to leave a 5-star review and waited until I opened Google Reviews and posted it.」(按摩結束後,店員要我留一則五星評論,而且站著等到我打開評論頁、貼出去為止。)他的提醒是:「Please don't be misled by the number of high ratings, when businesses pressure clients to leave positive reviews, it raises serious questions about how genuine those reviews are.」 他自己的體驗問題也具體:毛巾聞起來不新鮮;技師「left in the middle of the session for about 10 minutes」(中途離開約十分鐘);而且員工在旁邊聊天說笑,讓他很難放鬆。

「Like many people, I came here because of the good reviews. However, after the massage, the staff asked me to leave a 5-star review and waited until I opened Google Reviews and posted it. Please don't be misled by the number of high ratings, when businesses pressure clients to leave positive reviews, it raises serious questions about how genuine those reviews are.」(Google 評論 Аnar O,一星,Jan 4, 2026,經 Wanderlog 轉載)

「Unfortunately, the massage itself was very disappointing. The towels did not smell fresh, and masseur No. 07 left in the middle of the session for about 10 minutes. It was also very difficult to relax, as the staff were chatting and laughing. This was the first massage where I couldn't wait for the massage to end」(同上)

「I tried few massages in Ho Chi Minh then, this place was the best experience! Kind, cozy and tidy.

「Absolutely beautiful place and top service, really nothing to complain about. No. 03 is very skilled at what she does and she focused on my neck and shoulders as I requested.」(Google 評論 André M,五星,Dec 30, 2025,經 Wanderlog 轉載)

「I came by chance and just had the best massage in Ho Chi Minh City! The masseuse was number one and truly professional... I highly recommend this spa...」(Google 評論 Theblue L,五星,Jan 17, 2026,經 Wanderlog 轉載)
